Operation

  • Pulp passes through the grates via slots, reaching the cavity formed by the discharge systems.
  • The system then guides the pulp through its cavities and out of the mill to the next stage in mineral processing, such as a ball mill, classification hydrocyclones, or flotation.
  • The typical lifecycle of most discharge systems ranges from 12-to-18 months of operation.
