  • Impulsa
    Implemented in Chile, the Impulsa program places people at the core of our actions, supporting employees and their families in realizing their full potential. The program’s mission is to enhance self-esteem and promote financial, psychological, and emotional well-being within our community. In 2024, we focused on strengthening the program’s foundations by introducing improvements to better meet participants’ needs. For example, sessions were adjusted to accommodate individual schedules, enabling more flexible, personalized, and ultimately effective engagement.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP Latina)
    This essential tool provides a wide range of benefits for employees, structured into five key modules:

    • Psychological Support: Assistance with stress management, social skills, relationships with adolescent children, and navigating divorce or separation.
    • Legal Counseling: Guidance on matters such as divorce, domestic work, family issues, and custody.
    • Financial Education: Advice on debt management, home buying, and tax planning.
    • Nutrition: Personalized dietary counseling.
    • Inclusion and Diversity: Support for issues related to domestic violence and sexual orientation.

Both initiatives are bolstered by ongoing awareness campaigns, encouraging openness to the challenges and needs of our community.

In the last quarter of 2024, 124 individuals benefited from the Employee Assistance Program, which offers 24/7 telephone support and up to four free remote sessions. Currently available in Chile and Peru, the program continues to grow and strengthen its impact across the region.
