ME Elecmetal Honors Outstanding Dealer Partners with Blue Impact Awards at CONEXPO-CON/AGG

During this year’s CONEXPO-CON/AGG, one of the largest gatherings of the construction and aggregates industries, ME Elecmetal proudly recognized several exceptional dealer partners with the ME Elecmetal Blue Impact Awards. The awards celebrate dealer representatives who demonstrate an outstanding commitment to customer success while actively supporting and advancing the ME Elecmetal brand in the field.

Dealer partners play a vital role in ME Elecmetal’s ability to deliver responsive service, technical expertise, and innovative wear solutions to customers across North America. Through their close relationships with producers, equipment operators, and plant managers, dealer representatives help identify opportunities, introduce new technologies, and ensure customers receive the right solutions to improve operational performance.

The Blue Impact Awards were established to recognize individuals who go above and beyond in strengthening these partnerships. Honorees are nominated by members of ME Elecmetal’s U.S. Sales Team and represent dealer-employed PCCRs whose leadership, initiative, and dedication help drive growth while reinforcing ME Elecmetal’s commitment to reliability, safety, and performance.

This year’s awards recognized three individuals whose contributions have made a measurable impact across their respective territories.

Blake Anderson
AZ Sales Manager, Goodfellow

Blake Anderson was recognized for his leadership and partnership in strengthening the relationship between ME Elecmetal and Goodfellow during a year of internal transitions within the PSSR team.

During this period, Blake played a key role in maintaining momentum by proactively organizing ride-alongs with newly assigned PSSRs. These joint visits helped accelerate alignment between the dealer and ME Elecmetal teams while ensuring customers continued to receive consistent support and attention.

Blake’s efforts also contributed to remarkable growth within the Arizona branch. In 2024, the branch recorded two containers of ME Elecmetal product sales. By 2025, that number had grown to nearly ten containers, with future orders now fully committed to ME Elecmetal.

Beyond volume growth, Blake has been instrumental in expanding the product offering available to customers. He played an important role in introducing crusher safety tooling solutions and contributed valuable input to the development of the K400 mantle clamp, helping ensure the product addressed real operational needs in the field.

Kevin Bushinski
Dealer Representative, AIS Construction Equipment

Kevin Bushinski was recognized for his consistent dedication to promoting ME Elecmetal solutions and supporting customers throughout his territory.

Since the beginning of the partnership between AIS Construction Equipment and ME Elecmetal, Kevin has distinguished himself as one of the most engaged and proactive dealer representatives supporting the brand. He actively and visibly promotes “ME Elecmetal Blue” with customers, helping to increase awareness and adoption of ME Elecmetal products across the region.

Kevin regularly looks for opportunities to introduce additional ME Elecmetal solutions to customers, proactively requesting new products that can help expand the dealer’s offerings and deliver greater value to operations. His efforts have already generated strong interest in new products, with multiple customers willinig to evaluate. Additional safety tooling product orders are also expected in the near future.

Through his enthusiasm, responsiveness, and commitment to partnership, Kevin has become a trusted advocate for the ME Elecmetal brand.

Tom Burrows
Lead PSR Manager, RMS

Tom Burrows was recognized for his leadership and operational discipline in managing the PSR team at RMS.

In his role as Lead PSR Manager, Tom has helped implement a structured and professional approach to PSR management that closely aligns with ME Elecmetal’s expectations for customer engagement and sales execution. His leadership has contributed to improved quote activity across the team, helping ensure opportunities are identified, tracked, and pursued effectively.

This disciplined approach is already delivering tangible results, with three containers of ME Elecmetal product expected in January. Tom’s focus on organization, communication, and accountability has strengthened collaboration between RMS and ME Elecmetal while creating a strong foundation for continued growth.
