Product / Grinding / Ball Mills – Feed and Discharge End Liners
The feed and discharge ends of ball mills experience less wear compared to other areas, making it essential to use liners crafted from high-hardness alloys to ensure reliability and reduce the frequency of liner changes. ME Elecmetal offers a range of high-hardness Chrome-Molybdenum alloys, White Irons, and ME PolyFIT® products specifically designed for these critical positions.

ME Elecmetal's HP cast liners, made from white irons with mesh, offer exceptional hardness and toughness, extending the campaign life two-to-three times longer than standard mill liners.
Maintainability
The design of these liners reduces the number of parts, whether single- or double-thread, resulting in fewer movements inside the mill. This leads to shorter maintenance times and lower costs.
