QuickScan™ Grinding (QSG)

The QuickScan™ Grinding device is an advanced 3D scanning system for SAG Mills using an extendable arm installed in the feed chute. With QuickScan™ Grinding, full scans can be performed in as little as 15 minutes, providing high-quality images without compromising personnel safety or disrupting mill operations. By eliminating the need for personnel exposure and improving scan precision, QuickScan™ offers a more efficient and safer solution for analyzing SAG mills.

Operation

A high-precision scanner is mounted on the QuickScan™ Grinding telescopic arm, which extends to position the scanner at the center of the mill for external scanning. Once the process is complete, the telescopic arm retracts to its original position, and the scanner is safely removed—ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and enhanced safety.
